Digital Downloads All digital products (PDFs, files, templates, or similar instantly accessible items) are non-returnable due to their immediate and non-tangible nature—once downloaded or accessed, they cannot be returned. All sales of digital downloads are final. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact Mister Harms, explain your concern, and a refund will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

I will review your request promptly (typically within a few business days). In cases involving technical issues (e.g., defective/corrupted file or access problems we cannot resolve), I will work to fix the issue first—often by re-delivering the product—and may issue a refund if needed.

Physical Merchandise (Print-on-Demand) All physical products (apparel, merch, accessories, or other tangible items) are print-on-demand—custom-made to order specifically for you. Because items are personalized and produced only after your order is placed, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size selected, color preference, or fit issues.

Refunds and Resolutions All sales of physical merchandise are final. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact Mister Harms, explain your concern, and a refund or other resolution will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

I prioritize fixing issues quickly:

  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If your product arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or not as described (e.g., wrong item shipped), contact me within 30 days of delivery. Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue. I will arrange either a replacement or a full refund if the problem cannot be resolved—typically handled through our print provider.

  • Other Concerns: For non-defect issues, I review requests individually and may offer solutions like a partial refund, store credit, or goodwill gesture, at my sole discretion.

Refunds (when approved) are issued to your original payment method and typically process within 5–10 business days, depending on your provider. I do not cover return shipping for non-defective items, as products cannot be resold once produced.
